Use this template for all staff offers. The structure is approved by HR and Legal; the placeholders are the only fields you change.
Don’t edit the at-will language, the contingency clause, or the equal-employment paragraph. If a candidate negotiates something outside the template (sign-on bonus, relocation), document it as an addendum, not a body edit.
